The West Virginia University School of Dentistry is offering scholarships for an online, self-paced continuing education opportunity for participants desiring a Tobacco Treatment Specialist Certificate.
If you are an interested Health Care Practitioner, Educator or Pharmacist employed in West Virginia, complete the Scholarship Application for TTS Training form (link above). Applicants must have a minimum of an Associate Degree.
These scholarships are supported by grant funding from the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources-Bureau of Public Health, Division of Tobacco Prevention for WV practitioners/Educators and a WVU Community Engagement grant for WV pharmacists.
