Webinar – Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in the Perinatal Population: Recognition and Treatment for Better Patient Outcomes

This webinar will review the etiology of obsessive-compulsive disorder and how it impacts the perinatal patient.  Learn the signs and symptoms and how intervention can make a difference in the patient’s life.  You will also hear from someone with lived experience and learn about her triggers, symptoms and seeking care.

  • Describe the etiology of obsessive-compulsive disorder
  • List common signs and symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder in the perinatal patient
  • Discuss methods of treatment and intervention for patient care and support
  • Identify communication and care techniques to improve patient experience through the lived experience sharing
