Have you ever been pregnant or given birth in West Virginia? If so, the West Virginia Perinatal Partnership is interested in hearing from you!
One of our core goals as an organization is to improve birth outcomes for moms and babies. We believe that one of the best ways to help accomplish this goal is to hear from families who have given birth in West Virginia. We are inviting our community members to share their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences. By sharing your story, you can help inform our quality improvement team which will strengthen the perinatal care that is provided across the state.
We invite individuals with lived experience to become a Patient Family Partner by sharing your story with us. Fill out the form below and a team member will contact you with more information.
In addition, we would like to introduce a newly established opportunity: the Lived Experience Council. This council has been developed to elevate patient voices in collaboration with us to improve perinatal care. We are seeking individuals who want to join a group that meets a couple of times each year to provide input on the perinatal initiatives that drive our work. Please indicate your interest in joining this council on the form below.
