- Identify appropriate use cases for TeleMaternal Health in prenatal and postpartum care.
- Develop inclusion and exclusion criteria for your clinic to determine when a video visit is clinically appropriate.
- Develop effective rapport with patients during video visits by applying strong “Webside Manners” skills such as eye contact, tone, and body language.
- Create a therapeutic virtual environment by managing background, lighting, sound, framing, attire, disruptions, and privacy.
- Complete clinical documentation for telehealth encounters that meets modality, payer, and practice requirements.
- Obtain informed consent during virtual visits, including discussing privacy and limitations of care.
