Join us for a discussion on how our community can better meet the needs of pregnant and postpartum women, their infants, and their families.

Topics Include:

• Tobacco Use in Pregnancy: Self-Referrals to Baby & Me
• Perinatal Mental Health: Recognition and Provision
• High Blood Pressure and Preterm Birth–Postbirth
• Breastfeeding: Helping Moms and Babies be Successful
• Home to Hospital Transfers – Group Discussion and Listening Sessions – Share your experiences when a change in care is needed.
