DESCRIPTION:The WV Breastfeeding Institute and the WV Perinatal Partnership present the 2025 WV Outpatient Breastfeeding Champion Training by IABLE\nThis training is via LIVE webinar\n3 sessions\, June 3\, 10 & 17\, 2025\n8:00 AM – 1:30 PM EST Each Day \nAbout the Training\nThe IABLE Outpatient Breastfeeding Champion (OBC) Course is a basic\, clinically-focused course for any person who is a medical or community breastfeeding/lactation supporter. We provide instruction on how to answer the most common breastfeeding/lactation questions that a family will have throughout the course of lactation\, into toddlerhood and beyond. \nCOST\nRegular cost is $250 per person WVBI price $150*\n*A limited number of (free) scholarships are available\, if you are able to pay the reduced price please do so and that will allow others to take the training as well. \nRegistration\n1.) Click this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/OBC2025 \n2) At the end of the pretest\, there is a link to the WV Perinatal Partnership website to complete the demographic information needed for registration. \n3) Once the registration form is completed\, you will receive an email from Mandy Quick within 48 hours to access the IABLE website and complete the IABLE registration—including the discount/scholarship code. \nRegistration includes a copy of the Outpatient Breastfeeding Champion Handbook ($20 value) with shipping within the US. Books shipped outside of the US incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you if this applies to your registration. \nRecordings\nAttendees can earn credits through any combination of live participation and/or viewing the recordings. A link to the recordings will be emailed to registrants within 2-3 days following the webinar. The recordings will be available for 1 year.\nPlease note IABLE’s policy is to not permit registration for our events\, nor access to the recordings\, after the event has occurred.
